Returns & Exchanges

Full Price Returns / Exchanges:

If you wish to return or exchange a full-priced item, you may do so for up to 30 days from delivery for an exchange or store credit only. All returned/ exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and in perfect condition. Please ensure all your item(s) are returned with hygiene stickers and tags in place and in their original packaging.

Please give up to 5 business days for your store credit / exchange to be processed once delivered.

Sale Returns/ Exchanges:

  • Any sale items up to 30% off are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
  • Any sale items 50% off or more are final sale and therefore non-returnable.

International Returns 

For international returns & exchanges, please email the following info to our customer care team at customercare@kavalacollective.com:

1. Order # 

2. Full Name 

3. Items you would like to return/exchange 

4. If you would like to return, exchange or receive store credit 

 

Return Defective Product

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please email us at customercare@kavalacollective.com with a picture of the defect. A return label will be provided. After 30 days, the product is nonrefundable.

Return Label Costs

We do not cover shipping label costs for return orders unless the item is damaged or there is an error on our end.

We do cover shipping label cost for in-store credit returns and exchanges.
