RETURN POLICY

- All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and in perfect condition. Please ensure hygiene stickers and tags are in place and return items in their original packaging.

- Promotional sale items discounted less than 30% are eligible for return for exchange or store credit only. Items discounted 30% or more are final sale and are ineligible for return.


EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

All full priced items are eligible for return for exchange and store credit within 30 days of delivery, via our returns portal here


REFUNDS

Swimwear is ineligible for refund, so please refer to the exchange and store credit options above. Full price activewear is eligible for refund within 7 days of delivery. Please note a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund value.


RETURN LABELS

All full price returns for exchange or store credit will receive a free returns label.

There is a flat charge of $9.95 for all returns for refund, or alternatively you may use your own courier method (we advise using a reputable courier that offers tracking so you know when your parcel has been delivered back to us safely).


RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please email us at hello@kavalacollective.com with a picture of the defect and we will work to resolve this asap!
