Return & Exchange Policy 

If you are unhappy with your unopened and unused products and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange*. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and still in perfect condition. Please ensure hygiene stickers and tags are in place and return items in their original packaging. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Kavala is not responsible for covering these shipping costs. 

*Any items discounted 50% off or more are considered final sale. Items discounted by 30-49% off are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Australia Domestic & International Returns 

For returns & exchanges, please email the following info to our customer care team at customercare@kavalacollective.com:

  1. Order #
  2. Full Name
  3. Items you would like to return/exchange
  4. If you would like to return, exchange or receive store credit

Return Defective Product

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please email us at customercare@kavalacollective.com with a picture of the defect. A return label will be provided. After 30 days, the product is nonrefundable.

Return Label Costs

We do not cover shipping label costs for return orders unless the item is damaged or there is an error on our end.

We do cover shipping label cost for in-store credit returns and exchanges.
