Change or Cancel Order
You can change your order, or simply cancel your order any time before checkout. After you checkout and confirm your order, you cannot change or cancel your order. Your order automatically processes and we begin the packing and shipping process for you to be delivered to the address given. Upon receiving the items, if you are unhappy with them, please refer to our returns and exchanges page.
Returns & Exchanges Policy Full Priced Items
If unfortunately your items are the wrong size, or you decide not to keep them, we do offer returns! All items must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed complete with the hangtag still attached in order to return. We also need proof of your payment.
We accept returns for a full refund in original form of payment within 14 days of receipt of delivery. We accept returns in the form of a store credit and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of delivery. After 30 days, we can no longer accept returns or exchanges.

All sale items are final sale and we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items unfortunately.
Return Shipping
Return shipping must be prepaid and using the tracking method to ensure the Kavala Collective receives and can track the item in order to process the return or exchange. Only when we receive the item can we reimburse payment or ship the new items.
For items that have been deemed faulty via our warranty, we will reimburse the customer for shipping back the defected items.
Online Gift Cards
Apply your online Gift Card at payment by going through the checkout process to the Credit Card and Shipping Page. There will be a box to fill in with the letters and numbers on the Gift Card that will let you apply your gift card to your order.
Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders over $150 via AusPost. A flat shipping rate of $4.99 applies to all orders under $150. For those keen to receive their orders express, this option is available for an additional fee at checkout
International Shipping Customs Duty and Tax
Customs duty and tax will depend on the country you are shipping to, and thus we cannot provide an estimate for this. If you place an online order, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges.
When Does the Order Ship
Your order will be shipped within one to two business days of the order being placed and processed.
Order Status
You can check on the order status by logging into your account and clicking on the ORDER STATUS page. Here you can enter your tracking number you received via e-mail when placing your order to see the location and estimated delivery of your items.
Product Care
Our products are made with high quality material that is created to last. It is sweat-resistant (shows NO sweat), highly breathable, durable, four-way stretch, anti-stink and helps block UV rays. To retain these qualities, we recommend washing on a cold temperature without cotton-based items. Hang-dry for best durability, or tumble dry low, on its own if you cannot hang-dry.
Warranty
Our products are made to last for all activities, and have been endlessly tested in many different conditions to make sure. However, nothing can be perfect! If your order has been delivered new with obvious and definite defects in the product, please do not wear or manipulate, take photos and send with subject “DEFECTED ITEMS” to customercare@kavalacollective.com to receive our warranty. Our warranty does not cover damages due to wear and tear. Please use the honor system when looking for warranty.
